Our blue jack maki roll is sprinkled with green tobiko. This version of tobiko is seasoned with wasabi (Japanese horseradish paste) for a more exquisite taste!

A few words about tobiko caviar: the Japanese version of caviar made from special flying fish roe*. A great substitute for caviar and although tobiko has a slightly different taste than sturgeon caviar, it’s a serious player!

* The flying fish roe in Japanese cuisine lends a bright and playful colour and a burst of fishy flavor to the dish it accompanies!
